Alexander Mandic studied Graphic Design at the Vienna Art School and at the Graphische Lehr- und Versuchsanstalt (Graphic Design School) in Vienna.

From 1986 to 1993 he worked as art director for GGK Vienna. From 1993 to 1997 he was art director at Ogilvy & Mather Vienna and member of the board.
Since 1997 he has been working as freelance creative director and graphic designer for several agencies and clients in Austria and Germany.

His work covers classical advertising campaigns including creative concepts, commercials, print ads as well as several graphic design projects.

During his career he worked with numerous brands such as Volkswagen, Ford, Austrian Lotteries and the telecom companies ONE and UPC.

He was honoured with several advertising awards.
